Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same respect for our rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their agent can send a notice of infringement to our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA for any infringement claims.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material to be removed and information to help locate it, such as the URL of the page.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, email, phone, and fax number.
  5. A statement confirming that the complaint is made in good faith and that the information provided is accurate.
  6. An acknowledgement that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresentation in a notification of infringement. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick attention.

Notice recipients should be aware that we may share their identity and information with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this sharing of information.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. The counter notification must be in writing and include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the takedown was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction for legal purposes.

Counter notices should be sent through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy on repeat copyright infringers as per the DMCA regulations. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders.

Modifications

We reserve the right to amend our DMCA policy as needed. Visitors are advised to check this page regularly for any updates.
